Effective solutions to overcome migraines

Migraine of the worst things that can happen to us, annoying and painful feeling, especially when they continue for a long period of time
There are some solutions that can be invoked to overcome the migraine effectively:

Eating 10 cups of cold water balanced, possibly causing the feeling of thirst Migraine and pain.

Stay away from eating stimulants containing caffeine.

 Try to get a good amount of sleep, or even a quick nap

Put cold compresses on the forehead and around the neck with a massage of the neck and upper back
Some fruits and vegetables rich in magnesium intake, such as bananas, dates or a glass of wetlands or a can of tuna can

Drinking a glass of ginger with milk, also good foods rich in fiber to control the migraines
